WHO WE ARE
The dilemma facing our young people today has become a major concern.
The Battle for the Seed is an international advocacy campaign that promotes a practical strategy for fulfilment of purpose for the next generation. The team is led by Dr Patricia Morgan (PhD), an educational child psychologist, who has authored a series of books on the topic. The movement was inspired by Dr Pat’s first book, The Battle for the Seed, published in 1991.
A series of conferences and seminars has since developed which bring together an international network of educators, advocates, and professional caregivers, for teachings, discussions, and strategic deliberations on key current issues. The network hosts hundreds of influencers around the world, namely, the Caribbean, South America, Africa, the USA, and Canada.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Dr. Patricia Morgan
Born and raised in the vibrant Caribbean Island of Trinidad, Dr. Morgan grew up amidst eight siblings, where she developed a deep passion for learning and a fierce determination to make a positive impact on the world. In 1966 she married Bishop C.B. Peter Morgan and is now the proud mother of four children, grandmother of five, and spiritual mother to many others around the world.
Dr. Morgan earned a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, and completed a post-graduate diploma in Professional Studies in Special Education and Program Evaluation from the University of Miami. She went on to become a practicing Educational Psychologist and a Specialist in Education, using her expertise to empower countless persons to achieve their full potential.
